These terms cover use of the freeui.net website. Use of the assets themselves is governed separately by the FreeUI License, which is the document that actually matters for your project.
Use of the site
The site is provided free of charge with no account required. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades service for others, or use it to distribute malware.
Assets
Asset licensing is defined entirely by the FreeUI License. Nothing on this page narrows or expands it.
No warranty
The site and its content are provided "as is". We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that assets are free of defects, or that any particular asset is suitable for your purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this site or its assets.
Links
The site links to third-party services, including CozyUI. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for their content.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date above. Asset licences bundled in already-downloaded packs are unaffected — see FreeUI License §5.
